We make effort is making sure the sizing, color, and product description is detailed as possible. If you have any questions about the sizing, please email support@waisTTed.com before making your purchase. 

  

I ordered the wrong size and it won't fit!

Didn’t quite find the right fit? We accept exchanges for the unwashed/unworn merchandise within 30 days after the product is received, pending inventory availability. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your desired size/style is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative, or you will be issued a store credit.

Please notify us right away if there is a problem or defect with your product. Prior to sending a return, please email us at support@waisTTed for RMA authorization.  Please note that we will not accept goods if there is animal fur etc on the clothing as this is a serious health risk.

My Order has arrived and its faulty! Now what do i do?

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email support@waisTTed.com

If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement  (if we have a replacement in stock), exchange or credit once we have received the returned item. We will cover the cost of the shipping.

Sale Items - Discounted products 

There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed.
